The Hawkley Inn is looking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef!
A friendly Country fresh food-led pub.  Everything made in-house.

Duties & Responsibilities
Assist & Support the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen
Assisting with the ordering of, close management of stock & labour efficiency
Ensuring all Health & Hygiene procedures are implemented & continually adhered to
Have the ability to work & train on every section 
Competent & confident in training new staff
Ability to learn & understand new cooking techniques
Lots of training & career development/progression working under our fantastic head chef.

Job Type
Full-time 48hrs a week.  Pub is shut on Mondays 

Salary
Up to £35k per annum package with tips 

Schedule
Tuesday to Sunday
Weekend availability

Experience
1-2 years preferred
